You may look like you are coping: working, caring, replying, organising, helping, planning and keeping things moving. But inside, it can feel very different.
Your mind might not switch off. Your body might stay on alert. You may question yourself, carry more than people realise, or feel quietly disconnected from the person you used to feel yourself to be.
I offer calm, psychologically informed support for people experiencing anxiety, stress, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm and disconnection from themselves. The work is about understanding what has been happening beneath the surface, so change can feel meaningful, safe and more connected to who you are.

OPENING SOON
Some people come to me because something has become obviously difficult: anxiety, stress, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm or feeling stuck. Others come because they are tired of holding everything together. They are still functioning, still showing up, still doing what needs to be done — but the cost is becoming harder to ignore.
This does not mean you are broken. It may mean your mind and body have been trying to manage too much, for too long, without enough space to be understood.
People reach out for different reasons. Your starting point may be anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, disconnection, or the feeling that life no longer fits in the same way.
You do not need to choose the perfect category before asking for support. These areas are simply ways to begin finding language for what has been happening.
For anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm and difficulty switching off. This may be a helpful starting point if your mind or body often feels on alert, even when you want to rest.
Explore Calm & Regulation →Confidence & Self-TrustFor self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of failure and feeling not good enough. This may be a helpful starting point if you question yourself more than other people realise.
Explore Confidence & Self-Trust →Overthinking & Inner PressureFor overthinking, people-pleasing, masking, mental exhaustion and carrying too much internally. This may be a helpful starting point if you look calm while feeling under pressure inside.
Explore Overthinking & Inner Pressure →Identity & Meaningful ChangeFor feeling stuck, disconnected, in transition or ready to understand yourself more deeply. This may be a helpful starting point if something no longer feels true.
Explore Identity & Meaningful Change →The difficulty you notice first is rarely the whole story.
Anxiety may be connected with pressure, uncertainty or a body that has learned to stay alert. Self-doubt may be connected with criticism, perfectionism or the need to feel acceptable. Overthinking may be trying to prevent conflict, mistakes or rejection. Feeling stuck may involve one part of you wanting change while another part tries to keep things familiar.
In my work, I pay attention to the wider pattern — not so you can analyse yourself endlessly, but so there is more room for choice, steadiness and meaningful change.
I am Kamila, the therapist behind InnerSentia Therapies.
My work is shaped by the belief that people are not problems to be fixed. Often, the patterns people struggle with began as ways to cope, protect themselves, avoid criticism, maintain connection or get through difficult moments.
Those patterns may not feel helpful now, but they usually make sense when they are understood in context. I bring together psychology-informed understanding, clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to support people experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion and disconnection from themselves.
My approach is gentle, collaborative and goal-oriented. I am not here to push you to become someone else. I am here to help you understand yourself more clearly, build steadier responses, and move towards change that feels meaningful and realistic.
Some people need more structure. Some need more time. Some find open-ended questions overwhelming. Some have spent years masking, adapting, rehearsing conversations or trying to appear fine.
You may be diagnosed, self-identifying, exploring neurodivergence, or simply aware that the usual advice has never quite fitted. I adapt support with respect for different ways of processing emotion, pressure, communication and change.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. The first step is a 30-minute initial consultation where we can talk things through, answer questions, and get a feel for whether this is the right kind of support for you.

Use the consultation to ask questions and explain what has been happening at your own pace.
There is no pressure to continue. If you book a full session afterwards, the £20 fee is deducted from your first appointment.
I offer psychologically informed hypnotherapy and NLP for overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, inner pressure, emotional exhaustion and meaningful change.
If something has been feeling difficult, heavy or hard to manage alone, you are welcome to start with a calm conversation.
Together, we can explore what has been happening, what may be keeping it active, and whether InnerSentia Therapies feels like the right support for you.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a first step.
